Hyperloop terminal Mumbai, B.arch graduation project.

Hyperloop terminal Mumbai, B.arch graduation project.
The Hyperloop terminal design is intended to bring the new age revolutionized hyperloop transportation technology to the people through architectural space. The terminal acts as a transportation hub that connects other modes of transport in Mumbai city to the hyperloop. The project is designed for the state approved Mumbai - Pune hyperloop, in Maharastra, India.
The new age technology is represented in architecture through modern design and state of the art facilities. The structure takes a parametric form describing the concept of flow of different elements. The terminal's main function is easy flow of passengers and goods from one point to another, also form one mode of transport to another. The form is inspired from the aerodynamic free flow of air
The building facade is designed with the responsive skin which automatically respond to the climate by the help of sensors and actuator. Every single unit of the skin is mechanically controlled  by the actuator by sensing external and internal conditions like heat and air flow through sensors. The geometry of a single unit is basically a square folded along its diagonals. The four corners of the square unit is at static position and the center part is moving up and down to facilitate the closing and opening.
